Warm ups and cool downs can be done on the track, or use the path that extends South from the high school.  We ask that athletes not run between cars that are parked in the lot.  Please follow the road.

    Team Camps

Shade is at a premium so a tent(s) may be appropriate.  Teams can use the inside of the track/bleachers for their team camp.  There is a gate that opens from the track to the start area.

    Timer

Matt Ragusa is our timer.  Results will be posted on Athletic.net immediately after our starter (Rich Miller) approves them.

An athletic trainer from Athletico will be on site.

    Awards

Top 10 in each race get a place T-Shirt for that race.  There will be no awards ceremony, but we will have the top ten take a picture together once they receive their shirts.

    Parking

Buses can drop athletes and coaches off at the track and then park behind the main building by the retention pond.  Spectators will have ample parking around the track and field facility.
