VIDEO INTERVIEW: Sydney Hnatiuk, Allison Van De Wetering

Freshman Sydney Hnatiuk and senior Allison Van De Wetering helped the Downers Grove North girls cross country team win its season opener over Glenbard West 25-32 Friday, Sept. 4 at Camera Park in Glendale Heights.
Hnatiuk (18:54), the recent Jefferson Junior High graduate, and first-year team member Van De Wetering (19:45) finished fifth and 10th in the 2.88-mile race, in which the Trojans swept third through seventh place. Van De Wetering's twin sister, Emma (15th, 19:59), also is on the team for the first time.
